Contracted customers who receive service through the r10.net platform have to give trade feedback in order to benefit from free after-service support. Free after-service support is exclusive to r10.net customers only. Commenting is required to take advantage of this feature. Free consultancy is not given to customers who do not comment or give trade points after service delivery.
